Zhoumato Technology Manufacturing Corporation was founded by Engr. Richard C. Tollo, Engr. Ronghua Zhou, and Engr. Yifang Ma, who met during an international engineering conference. During their exchange, they recognized a shared vision: to address the lack of professional and specialized equipment manufacturing facilities in the Philippines. They committed to bringing advanced technology, precision testing systems, and manufacturing expertise into the country.
With a strong belief in local talent, the founders aimed to train and empower Filipino engineers, enabling them to participate in the design, production, and global distribution of high-quality equipment. This vision led to the establishment of a modern factory equipped for both standard production and flexible customization.
